These intermediate and advanced Spanish course's were developed by the U.S. State Department's Foreign Service Institute (FSI) specifically for our diplomats.. the very people who must learn a language quickly and effectively. We know it owrks because thousands of people have successfully this course to learn Spanish entirely on their own.

The voices you hear on the audio program are native-born speakers who provide a guided program of learning with pauses to allow you to respond. The course will repeat the same phrase time after time with no change in inflection until you have mastered the expression.

Both courses increase vocabulary and provide progressively more advanced exercises, drill, and practice complex sentence structures. There is also increased emphasis on reading and writing Spanish.

In Addition, these courses contain narratives designed to develop reading skills and conversation exercises for perfecting grammatical usage.
