Saving For Stress
Imagine what would happen if stress cost money and every stressful event was like a withdrawal from a savings account (You can't find your car keys deduct $25. You miss an important deadline deduct $50.). Now imagine what would happen if you could make deposits to that account by exercising, meditating, or even listening to relaxing music. Well that's the premise of "Saving For Stress."
Most of us are constatntly withdrawling and seldom saving. By using the metaphor of saving, this video makes it easy for people to see why they need to practice stress management daily, instead of using it as an occassional panacea.
